KDE Connect links your Android device with a Linux, Windows, or macOS desktop running the companion app. Once paired over the local network, your phone's notifications appear on the desktop, files transfer both ways with a tap, and the shared clipboard syncs instantly. The phone becomes a remote control: touchpad, presentation clicker, media player remote, and a virtual touch keyboard for the desktop. Find-my-phone rings the device from the computer, and the phone can act as a presentation timer or even a virtual gamepad. Everything happens over the local Wi-Fi — no cloud relay, no account.
